ICC funding alone can't be enough to promote cricket in the country, government support is must and if there is no supprt from government side then you have problem promoting cricket in the country. Zimbabwe was one of great test teams when players like Grant flower and Andy flower were part of team in late 90s but since then it's complete fall. Recently Zimbabwe participated in T20 World Cup and it gave hope that Zimbabwe may bounce back but its proving to be false once again after seeing there performance in bilateral series.
This is shocking news for me as well because sacking Julian Nagelsmann at this point is surely setback for the Bayern Munich while they are going to face tough challenges in coming weeks with first against Borussia Dortmund for the Bundesliga title and then having opponent like Manchester City which is currently at their best with this all things looking uncertain about their win in these competitions even Thomas Tuchel is experienced coach, and he can bring better strategy straight away but still now things looking not positive for the Bayern Munich in this season.
Julian Nagelsmann done amazing job in difficult time because after exit of Robert Lewandowski things looking not good and Sadio Manne was also injured but still he was doing reasonable job, but now we have to accept decision from Bayern Munich management, and we can hope better things near the end of this season.
