That's exactly what I've been said and thinking and I'm sure Real Madrid target is to win UCL again because LaLiga battle seems kinda over and they know it as whenever Barca was in the lead , it was almost impossible for Real or any other LaLiga team to catch Barca.

Not only Xavi has to prove something , but the entire board and entire squad need to prove something , they need to prove that this current era of Barca players , they can win LaLiga and give them new hopes for winning UCL again.

@babo the transfer strategy of Real Madrid is to be blamed for their poor performance in the La Liga, and while they’ll sack Ancelotti at the end of season I feel that it’s their president fault for not strengthening the team. Also do you’ll remember that many people were asking what experience does Xavi have, and how will he even rebuild the team but he was not bothered at all and now all his hard work is paying rich dividends for Barcelona.
