How come they will help you if their findings was you are doing some illegal bets. Can you send screenshot here from the support that shows transparently their findings on your account? You are lucky that you still got your initial deposit because they have the right to confiscate it because you violate their terms.

I did not use any programs, I put it only myself, how do I prove it? I need to pay bills, buy medicine and many other things. But these guys stole from me.
