No one would invest in a casino without business considerations. The main purpose is to invest money and get returns from it. But the short term or long term returns from the casino will depend on the popularity of the casino. If a casino can attract gamblers in a short period of time then there will be a short term investment. But there is no way to consider it as a short term before investing. Long term investment is worthy to invest such type of project.
