Smart. As the adage goes, be greedy when people are fearful and be fearful when people are greedy. If you put your money into solid projects while they are down in price has worked out in the past during the next bull run. Careful though chucking it in complete garbage you will probably ly lose all your money. Plenty of coins never make it back in price after they've been dumped.

Yeah, it's not as easy as it sounds though, you still need to choose a good project to begin with and then invest smart, given a example, ETH. And it's lowest price during the bear market of 2018, it went below $100. So if by chance, you see that is the big opportunity then we should invest on it because by the time we have the massive bull run of 2021-2022, the price of ETH reaches at almost $5k. So that is a huge profits for those who fill their bags with that price. Same with BTC, March 2020, pandemic scare, price goes < $4k, then goes on growth to $69k. And that might be the last time that we will see BTC sub $1k. Now it will be sub $20k and hopefully each one of us here are going to invest on this two or at least solid altcoin projects that are in the top 10 right now.

Many investors are staying away to invest in crypto (even in established coins like Bitcoin and ETH) because they're afraid the price might drop further. It's understandable because we can't force everyone to think the way we do but due to this, they really miss the right timing to buy. If some investors are afraid, there are investors filling their bags and those are the investors who know the significance of bear market cycle.

We just need to be wise and not buy a coins just because they're currently cheap. Dig deeper and you'll find a worthy coins that will give you huge profit in time.
