after re-reading what OP has said several times, i think you should do what OP is asking you to do, this is because it makes perfect sense for you to use lativia's online notary service, being that it is an online service and from your country so you should be able to use it and prove that your documents are all legal and with that your problem will be solved, there is no reason to keep dragging this problem for many days

why don't you do that to wax this problem? making a lot of posts here won't do anything, as in your country there are online notary services so OP is right in asking you to use this service, do it as soon as possible so that you receive your money early. if your country's online notary service does not work you would have to look for a trusted member of this forum who lives in your country to confirm that it does not work
