Totenham is not among the richest clubs in England but they are known for hiring big coaches. If you reexamine the coaches that Totenham has hired, you will attest to me that they are all quality.
Was it not Conte that introduced the artificial 3 man and 5 man defence in Chelsea and won league title with it.
We all know the track records of Mourinho and that of Poche and how they improved Totenham and were surprisingly sacked. The problem of Totenham is more in the management and player commitment than coaching.
