But almost everyone will input their real name and other information because they're still young and don't know about privacy matter, you can change your information but it doesn't make facebook wouldn't record all of your original information. You can't change all of your information too e.g. they will restrict you to change your username. In the last few years ago, there's a rumor where facebook sold their users' data or got hacked.

What I am saying is, facebook doesn't require you to verify your identity. Facebook is used by a lot of users including the average joe. Even if you create your facebook account with real information, people won't know if it's real or not. But KYC forces you to verify that your information is correct. Moreover, Facebook doesn't know how much money you have until you share it with them. But, once you verify a KYC on a exchange or a casino. You are dealing with money and they can trace your wallet which is privacy concern.
