I don't really see Thomas Tuchel as a senior coach yet i mean he is only 49 years old, so he can easily still be a coach in 15 years or so because it is not unusual to still be an successful coach with 60+ years of age, just look at Carlo Ancelotti. Thomas Tuchel is a pretty experienced coach though already. He was successful in pretty much every club that he worked for yet.
I was also surprised, that Bayern has fired Nagelsmann, but i can also understand it to be honest. Yes their performances in the Champions League were great, but in such games the players are motivated anyway. The average Bundesliga games are the ones that show if a coach is able to motivate his team and that did not really work out this year so far.

Being a Senior doesn't mean you have to be old or you need to have lots of experience, Tuchel is young and he didn't work in many different teams compared to the other coach we usually see, but still, Tuchel earned many achievements and he is still 49 but he earns the champions league title with Chelsea and had good performance in PSG.
