You are just wasting your time by giving them the opportunity to pay your winnings. Coinplay representative has already said that they won't help you to get back your winnings.
While you're free to have your opinion, we stand by our team's decision. We returned your initial deposit and won't be providing further support on this issue.
I believe that they won't change their decision if you submit a complaint to a mediation center. Someone has filed a complaint on Askgamblers with similar issue, but Coinplay representative hasn't provided any evidence to the Askgamblers team.
We regret to inform you that despite the AskGamblers Complaint Team requests, Coinplay Casino management cannot provide reasonable justification and/or solid evidence which could prove the validity of the accusations against player.
Unfortunately, in this situation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other choice but to close the case as unresolved and advise the player to seek further assistance from the relevant regulatory body or appointed ADR entity.
So, don't expect anything more from them. Moreover, they are somehow connected with 1xbit casino. We (some forum members) tried to highlight it in their ANN thread before. Both casinos have similar UI. At first, they were showing the old licences information of 1xbit (1xbet) in their casino terms page (
see here). Their
affiliate terms are also same. Now they are scamming the users in the same way as 1xbit does. You should create a flag against them ASAP.
