The owner of the club must be decisive in getting another manager that can drive the Chelsea team to victory. The current manager is just clueless and doesn't have a specific style of play. It seems he does select 11 players and send to the pitch telling them to do whatever they can do to win the match and you can't play a club like Real Madrid with that mentality

If things had gone the way you say, they would not have qualified from the group stage, beat unbeaten Dortmund, and advanced to the quarter finals, and if you believe those games are won by chance, what makes you think the Real Madrid game will be different? If you have been following Real Madrid's recent games, you will know that they are also having problems and that Ancelloti will leave at the end of the season. Chelsea are undoubtedly underdogs in this game, but don't dismiss them just yet; Madrid, too, has issues.
