In that way, I think you will prevent more loss with its value but for you to stop more loss then buying stable coin is much more recommended since it is much more stable than other altcoin since it is pegged in USD. That's quite good for someone who doesn't have lots of experience in that field but I agree with this. I even read from a reply of a well known forum members that converting your crypto into stable coins will prevent more loss when the price decrease but you will also lose the chance to earn profit if the price will increase or let's just say altcoin season or bullrun in that case. If Bitcoin's price eill increase drastically then would also say that altcoin season is now starting just like what other people say.
