You're right, Real Madrid don't have much hope in La Liga as long as Barcelona are able to maintain form. Barcelona is too far away to thwart, but mathematically it is possible even though the logic is difficult.

Ancelotti now seems more focused on the Champions League than La Liga. Everyone knows that, but for whatever reason I think we have to do well in La Liga as well. Then I hope that Real Madrid will have to get some good players next season, it will help us have great hopes to compete with Barcelona.

All hope is lost for Real Madrid in Laliga so there is no need for them to worry over spilt milk. They need to focus on UCL and Copa de real. Real Madrid knows that it will be possible to them to win these two cups I mentioned than Laliga. Ancelotti is preparing his squad for these two trophies.

Barcelona has won the league no matter what the case maybe. Their consistency in matches has proven this to everyone. What they are waiting for is for the last day of the league,so that they can take the trophy home. Xavi did great this season to have achieved this early before the end if the season.
