Pochettino could be a good candidate because he managed PSG before and he won so many titles with them, so he knows how to win and what is required to build a good team. There isn't going to to be any team that doesn't want him, he will find himself a place for sure but he doesn't want to go to a terrible team, or a low level team, that would be bad after PSG and would make it harder for him to go to another big club. Imagine him managing PSG then some small town team, like sheriff that beat Real last year, and then come back and manage City, that's impossible. So if he goes from PSG to Chelsea or Spurs to City, that could make sense, that's what he must be aiming at.
