The user who complained did not mix as they said the service was unavailable at the time which is why $15 seemed fair, to me.
Then I'm underpaid 
Well, I'm happy with what I have been paid. I would have used whirlwind for a single time for sure to check it out myself. So, this campaign was an advantage for me.
