The squad depth Chelsea have at the moment is great, but the team needs a tactician who can get those players to the best form. Of course this is one thing that can help Lampard to get Chelsea to get a good performance, unless the players don't understand his tactics.

Lampard's first match was against Wolves at the Molineux Stadium. It's a test that isn't too difficult considering Chelsea's quality, but however this match will be an interesting one because of Lampard's return.
