Call me a dreamer but I see this going well for Frank Lampard, I love his new mentality, he wants to win something or get Chelsea to a position that whoever takes over will be in a good position to carry the club forward. Lampard qualifying Chelsea for the 2021 champions league season and assembling all the players that played as a team to win us that title under a new manager was the best gift he gave to Chelsea and I see him doing it again. The last time he took the managerial job, he was too young and inexperienced but now he has matured as a coach and if he was to get us into the top 4 or even 5th and also win us the champions league, I won't mind giving him another shot.

Frank Lampard has a mentality of a winner and he can transfer that to the team. Also we might be seeing the best of Mason Mount and then maybe he finally signs the contract and give Chelsea his best years as a footballer. We all know Mason Mount respect Frank Lampard and if he gets an assurance of Frank Lampard getting the managerial job, maybe he'll change his mind of not living the club knowing he has assurance of if starting under Frank Lampard. Also maybe this is just a perfect way to finally say goodbye to Frank Lampard since he didn't get a befitting fair well as a player or manager.

Indeed you have bigger dreaming with new Chelsea manager Frank Lampard but we have saw his contribution and experienced before failure not only with Chelsea but also he almost dropped Everton to relegation position before sacking. I doubt with his capacity as Chelsea tactician will be success exactly bring back Chelsea move up to the top fourth position and winning in Champion League match against Real Madrid.

Actually he not as permanent manager for Chelsea because his contribution until at the end this season, Frank Lampard have several games to show about his capacity as good or bad manager for Chelsea. Will have magician with Chelsea performance with several matches left in Primer League and success in Champion League or not any change with Chelsea performance.
