Yes it's true OP's friend has a negative belief for having joined a scam casino.
We can conclude that the gambling platform brought by OP is also very suspicious to use because it has a very large percentage of fraud.
We cannot trust anyone who has been involved in fraudulent activities because they have the opportunity to commit fraud again in the future.
Maybe @ditadurapura meant to give a review here to remind that the casino promoted by OP is a scam casino that has tricked him and he wants everyone who gives feedback here to be more vigilant so they don't become the next victim.
