I believe that Ancelotti lost the match because he is more focused on UCL match since he has already lost out in Laliga race. I don't know of a good striker that can score Real Madrid in Chelsea which will make it difficult for them to score. Real Madrid have good front line and it is very possible that they will always break into Chelsea's defense.
