Yes it is dead due to wrong pool configurations.

Kindly check your user name and password settings for pools config. As error pertains to failed pool authentication. Make sure you are registered in that pool. Input in leaserig pool settings your "USERNAME.workername" and password.

If this is a P2Pool kindly switch to non P2Pool. will extend lease hours once this has been resolved.
