As far as I know, he intends to create a decentralized currency that does not need intermediaries and other financial institutions' approval to do transactions. And as a result Bitcoin under the blockchain technology is created. Can you refer to me the part on the white paper that states this investment concept?

I would love to see Satoshi Nakamoto answer these questions but sadly we won't be seeing his answers.
