No reason, they just informed me that I can withdraw just my deposit
Then you better withdraw that before they change their mind. It's better to take it back than having back with nothing. These rules are sometimes tricky and if you've found it before that it's a no-kyc rule then always apply now that every rule can be changed anytime by the developers.

I understand that it's frustrating that you can't take the winnings but just get first what you can get and that's okay at least based on the situation that you're with on that casino and then go somewhere if you still want to gamble that truly has no-kyc upon withdrawal.

But then, every casino has their own rule that depending on them, they might ask you kyc at anytime as well.
