Bitcoin having to dip again and dump below $17k or some price below $20k is something I don't see happening, given the momentum the bulls have gathered, it might as well push further up to ensure a resistance is established at the $30 price range.

Having to invest at this time means your at an advantage and it would better prepare you for the bullrun when it comes either before the halving comes and then it continues for some months before we have an almost stable market that would continue in a year or 2 from experience.

There is no certainty for what you are saying, even though the price has crossed $30k, that doesn't mean it won't go back to $20k again. Don't rush to assert anything with bitcoin, bitcoin is unpredictable.
But it is true that we should invest now if we don't have bitcoin before, don't wait because there is still a possibility, as you said, and we will miss the buying opportunity if we just wait and do nothing. Use the DCA strategy, and we won't miss any opportunity whether the market goes up or down in the future.
