In general, It is obvious that companies reserve the right to change their ToS and may or not notify their clients, all that makes harder for us to be up-to-date with many aspect of the platform.

If people already do not read the ToS once, it is harder they would several times to verify iterations.
And that's becoming surprising for the gamblers that think that most of these terms are firm and unmovable and unchangeable. When someone gambles in a casino, that should be taken into notice that terms can be changed at any moment they want to.

I guess this is already a thread that's solved OP's problem.

The mentioned casino just allowed him to withdraw his deposit only.

No reason, they just informed me that I can withdraw just my deposit

If there's no reason then that possibly means that the casino don't want to deal with you anymore and it won't be a surprise if they ban you to their platform.
