I can't conclude that Victor Osimhen will show the same thing when he joins a different club, because he still has to adapt to a different league, right? it could be that he doesn't choose a league that suits his style of play, so it will take him longer to adapt. Yeah, not guaranteed about his future in any other league or team with change of conditions and team surely going to have big impact on his performance, and surely he needs time for adopting in his new club if Napoli allow him for the transfer in coming transfer window which is possible as well because right now we have few clubs which are interested, and he is also interested in Chelsea as his childhood dream is playing for this club even they are not in good shape currently.

Osimhen is man of the movement for the Napoli in success as right now they are going to win title after few years which is possible just because of his performance which allow them to have big advantage and big lead of points as well.
