I do not think that they would be this terrible ever again. I am not saying they will win the league next season, of course the recovery will not be that big, but I do believe that they are going to be better than this year without a doubt. They should be given a chance, and if they finish the season anywhere in top 6, that would be a good improvement for the team.

I believe that is what they should aim for next season, to finish in the top 6, that may look like it is not a big deal and it will not give them a bigger fan base or make them happy, they will want more after spending so much money but at the end of the day if they improved, that's good enough. Look at Arsenal, they kept on losing but then they ended up winning eventually, just give them some time.
Todd Boehly rushes through important decisions and makes far too many errors for the team. The biggest issue for Chelsea is to unite the players and identify the key problem areas so that they can be remedied. Adding additional players or even changing managers won't solve the problem. The important players require possible backup players who can step in for them if they become injured. For example, if N'golo Kante becomes injured there's absolutely no potential player who could step in to replace the Frenchman. Chelsea cannot reach their peak because the season has already ended. The players and the board should work together to prepare the team for the upcoming season. They should make room for growth and encourage strong teamwork among the players. .
