But most of newbies are not reading TOS since they think that its more convenient for them if they just shortcut things and directly play on the casino. They didn't realize that its really bad action done because they will not aware the risk on many things especially the rules posted by casino which they can possibly violate. Its really good to be a wise gambler but to come on this situation most of the people should experience bad things before they take those situations seriously.

Even not newbies doesn't read but I think I know that they filter out what they want to know on the TOS. These days it's really a necessity to be wise at all times, even new casinos will try to trick you that they are super legit then just changes TOS or other things without notifying the users of their site.

Casinos always get a bit more advantage because gamblers don't read the T&C and can make various excuses for gamblers. Not only gamblers, people create accounts without reading and agreeing to TOS before creating different accounts online. As a result, they become busy looking for the fault of that website if they suffer any problem later. So while finding a trusted casino, it is also important to be aware of the rules of that casino.
