None, there is no guarantee and probably both the seller and the buyer are scammer too as the buyer can used this old account to trick many members here, huge database of potential victims.

And that is the best thing that we can do is to give the seller that red tag. Just odd though that after this years, this "Buying account" still exist in our community.
