It's most likely your proof of origin that's shady here. If they can't get a document suitable enough for review, they are prevented by AML law to let you play.

And if you indeed are lvl3 you have played lot of money. So is it a surprise that they want to have proof of the origin? So maybe provide them the tx trail of your funds. With screenshots from bounty sheets explaining who is your nick and document how did you convert the money. That might be hard but they are only following the law.
