Winning mentality is one big factor that can't be underestimated when it comes to big matches like the Juventus vs Sevilla UEFA Europa League semi final encounter but I don't think it is the most important factor at the moment.
The most important factor now should be the quality and that's what gives Juventus an upper hand against their Spanish opponents. Though Sevilla are the most successful club in the competition, Juventus are also former 3 times winners. It'll won't be an easy encounter for Juventus but I expect them to progress to the final

Talking about quality and in terms of players, I actually see Juventus' conditions are better now, but on the other hand, performance towards the end of the season in the domestic league and reflecting on the quarter-finals that have been carried out, I think Sevilla has made a much more significant difference now.
This will be a pretty tough match regardless of anything because both teams currently clearly have the same priority for those who really need at least one trophy.

The Europa league seems easy for teams that doesn't have targets of winning their domestic league. Like Sevilla is not doing well in laliga because the competition of get points to the top is hard, so they put all energy in Europa League, I won't be surprised if team like this wins Europa League this season.

The condition is still uncertain. Even though they previously managed to beat Manchester United but for the Semi Finals this doesn't mean it's easy for them, especially seeing from the current condition of Juvenntus which, even though it has decreased slightly, their players are now starting to return from injury recovery.

Apart from that, Juventus also still has a big chance now and predicts that the champion might have to go further because in the bracket next to Roma and Leverkusen are also in good shape, especially for Leverkusen, which towards the end of this season was quite terrible in the domestic league.
