I have plan to hold 50% of all my bitcoin ballance then 20% of it i will trade it on exchange. Short trade to get profit. then the rest i will sell it into fiat since i think it will be a new ATH, high price is best time to sell.

What do you mean about legalized? Bitcoin is mostly accepted in many countries right now as a commodity and now there are 2 countries already accepted as a currency.

Not only 2 countries that already accepted bitcoin. Beside Hong Kong and Taiwan, other countries are accepting bitcoin such as United states, UK, Europe Union, Canada, Australia, France.
