I think that if chelsea may not sack him untilt he end of season, let's keep lampard in the club until the end of season and then sign pochettino as a new coach for chelsea. it will be so good if pochettino will be starting at the new season rather than try to fix the problem that will not able to be fixed in a short time. Im very disappointed with so many decisions that already taken by management. It seems like that chelsea is alwasy rushing before thinking to take any decision for the club.

I don't understand why they have to hire Xabi Alonso. Just because Xabi Alonso had a good performance in Leverkusen during this season recently won't be a good reason to say Xabi Alonso is a good coach for Leverkusen, he is not experienced and he doesn't have experience as a coach in the premier league. I think they can have better options.
