It is a bad one and nobody should do it, I have seen others do it and it is definitely a bad one. I am not a super religious person, but I do not drink for my health as well, it is definitely bad for you. In fact, drinking and smoking at the same time equals to a life expectancy that is on average 12 years less, can you imagine that? You get to live 12! less years, I think that is not a good idea for anyone at all.

If you cut sugar and carbs out of your life as well, which is not needed by the body anyway, that means you get to save another 7 to 13 years (depending on some peoples body I suppose) so if you are healthy basically and cut those four things alone, you gain a total of 20 years or maybe even more. Let alone all the trading benefits as well Cheesy
