Buying coins randomly durning any bearish condition, isn’t the wise decision. The fact is, there are so many layer of bearish market and nobody knows about the dip layer of it. For example, you’ve brought a coin but next day it dump horribly, then how do you explain this phenomena? But of course we know that, bullish market will be come after the end of bearish market. So you can buy coins & put them in your bag but only if that they give you sign.

That's why we are better to buy top coins, don't buy random coins. Top coins have clear price history and they are more predictable than random coins. As long as it is in bearish season, buying top coins will be quite safe because they are experiencing bottom rates. But if you buy them during bullrun season, it will be riskier because the price will be free fall in the next bearish season. So, don't be too afraid to buy top coins during the bearish season!
