They actually played very well but indeed Bochum also defended quite well from the defenders and their goalkeeper tried hard by continuing to defend even almost all the players followed this scheme and tried to counterattack in response.
There were several good saves made by the goalkeeper from Bochum which made Dortmund even more frustrated in this match.
Their chance is indeed still there but being at the top at the moment is likely to be lost now. At the moment Bayern is 1 goal ahead of Hertha and there are only 20 minutes left in the game which makes it difficult for Hertha with all the conditions in which in this match Bayern is in control.
Even though Bayern is still quite bad at finishing, of course this 1 goal is enough for them to secure 3 points.
