I'm sure that there is many people in front who had small or average business, but offcourse, it's easier to tell kill Ukrainians comfortably sitting thousands km away from front.

I do not know what your confidence is based on, apparently on nothing. Personally, I do not yet see an urgent need for my presence at the front, it seems that professional military men, former prisoners and rural Buryat volunteers can cope quite well without me.
