Am pretty sure Bayern munich will do all they can to maintain their position. As for Borussia Dortmund, they need to work very hard to also maintain their position because it will be so hard to beat Bayern munich. Their present formation and performance is a tough one.

Gnabry's first goal was to break the deadlock and it was only after that goal that it was seen that Bayern Munich were playing more pressing after the previous minutes of playing with not-so-good coordination, Munich really controlled the game and it was very difficult for Herta Berlin to withstand every attack from Munich because there were 26 shots even though less than half are on target, so one of the problems for Munich is that they don't have a sharp striker who can take every opportunity that comes along.
