I think any and all measures should be taken to make sure that not a single penny from the American taxpayer goes into funding transgender studies or teachings in other countries. Well, the problem is that if the government does not approve a new ceiling and pays the deficit with debt, that won't mean only the shutting down of the government but also a likely scenario where the economy suffers and the stocks of the United States start to lose value, because, you know: For most of the people USA is the most secure borrower and if that changes suddenly into a default situation, it will go beyond federal issues, and move onto markets in the USA and the rest of the world.

The issue you are talking about is mostly on the role of government funded schools.
