Think of it in another way. Let's suppose he was able to exploit the bonus with two account and withdrawn the money. Later would he be willing to return the money back to the casino which he got from the 2nd account ? No. So why Casino should return his money when he is found guilty.

Here is my prediction, if he managed to withdraw again from the 2nd account, for sure he will not return it to the casino and hey may try it again by creating 3rd account. Cudy89 is obviously greedy gambler because maybe he found a way to take an advantage from the bonus provided by betcrypto and he wants to do it again and again till he collect a lot of money. Talking about fair or not to confiscate the winning and deposit on the 2nd, there will be always 2 different perspective but in this case I support what is done by betcrypto.

well Cudy89 is not going to be able to withdraw from the second account we blacklisted it

Well, what if Cudy89 makes a new account , the third one and try to manipulate with bonus money ?
Also this is one case where this person got caught, there might be other who are creating multiple accounts and cheating the system ?

Since without KYC how do you have control over the scammers that they don't create multiple account. Do you monitor IP address of the account or what measure do you take ?

Sadly we pause our welcome bonus system we are working on making it from 200% to 100% maybe this will discourage scammers

we do monitor IP address but it's hard because they can use VPNs we have our ways to detect multiple accounts we are not going to say how publicly, we did it with this user because we are new on the forum and we don't want to ruin our reputation

We hope there is not a next time but, next time we are going to share evidence only with a trusted forum member so we don't blow up how we can detect multiple accounts
