Lens is indeed having a good performance this season, they can even beat Marseille in the first meeting at the Orange Velodrome, but then the question arises, will Lens do the same as before in their home match?

There are several factors that can be taken into consideration in assessing the results of this match, the most important of which is the position of the two teams, the two teams are currently ranked 2nd and 3rd in the Ligue 1 standings and are 1 point apart. Which means it's going to be a tight game, I'm not sure we'll see either team get 3 points so I think we'll only see a draw.

I do agree that Lens is having a good season without a doubt but not like Marseille is having a bad season neither, there is a reason why Marseille is second and Lens is third. This is why I believe that we should be considering this game as equals as it gets and should not be an issue. I know that it is going to take some time before we know the result, but I bet that it will be close.

I am not saying that Marseille will win, obviously they could end up losing as well and Lens could get away with a win, but that is just unknown at this point, no team is the favorites in this game if you ask me. Both teams are close enough to each other for the whole season that right now only 1 point separates them and this is why we will have to wait and see who could win.
