One reason why you lost money is you try to exploit a welcome bonus by doing a obvious move. Of course casino can detect it since they have the control and can view most of your information. They don't collect KYC and it's the reason I think they are more strict on multi accounting since the first line of defense on multi accounting is non existent. Proofs are solid and I'm sure I'm not the only one who is convinced that you are multi accounting. There's no point in fighting that this casino scammed you. I was shocked how aggressive that this casino solved their accusation and I think it's the correct way of dealing with exploiters.
He is asking now for only his seed money back because he knows he is at fault. However, he should have known this that he is doing wrong and if got caught, he will lose all of his money from both of his account.
Think of it in another way. Let's suppose he was able to exploit the bonus with two account and withdrawn the money. Later would he be willing to return the money back to the casino which he got from the 2nd account ? No. So why Casino should return his money when he is found guilty.
That gambler has the courage to do a scam accusation against the casino and now that the gambler has proven guilty of cheating the casino, He is now just asking for the money he deposited, It's crazy how they tried to exploit the casino and now asking for their money to be returned.
