I do agree with you.... bigger sites are losing touch with the smaller gamblers, because they focus too much on the highrollers. It's unfortunate that smaller gamblers are being neglected, because several 100's of smaller gamblers ..make up 1 or 2 highrollers. 
This is to be expected, a casino is a business and while it will try to satisfy all its customers if given the choice it will focus way more on the whales, since it is easier to satisfy a single customer than hundreds of them.Still I would say that the experience I get on the casinos in which I pay is still very favorable, and while the bonuses are not out of this world when I compare them to what a whale can receive, this is still better than receiving no bonus at all.
