We should not be judging by the 6 goals scored by Dortmund against their opponent in their last match, it happens like that and doesn't stop the fact that Bayern won their last match too.

Bayern Munich does have a chance to remain in first place but not for now as I know that Dortmund has a bigger chance with the improved performance of current players who are recovering compared to Bayern Munich who have not had signs of improving until the last game.
