I don't know why they block the account before verification, but since I got my money all good now

Just for clarity sake, is this account blocking a new incident or still the same old complain you brought here some time ago, because I can still remember when I read your complaint that your account was blocked and documents requested. And even at some point, you acknowledged that you have recovered the account so why raise a new complaint again?
You may have to give some further explanation, to clear up things for those following up with the case.
