It's not impossible, but you're not really have a strong commitment to only use the amount you've set up and back to home when you're already lost it. Physical casino is harder to control your money because some people including your friend will tease you to gamble more, this make you want to fulfill it and forget your money management. But, as long as you're not ask a loan to gamble, it's still fine since you're not mess your life and hurt other people.

Don't bring excess money when you are going to a casino. Just bring the enough budget where you can afford to lose so that there's no further extension of playing once your friend tease you since they cannot do anything if you are done already. Also don't get carried away by peer pressure and always put it on your mind that you gamble because you want to have fun and not to satisfy your friends expectations about how you play.
