I agree that money is the most powerful influencing factor in making a strong team, without that it is very difficult to build a strong team and bring in decent players/coaches to make it a strong dark horse, if we reflect on the English premier league, namely Newcastle Their United is growing rapidly because they have sufficient finances to form and make a strong squad.
