It is not measured like that,that three different teams have won the La Liga in the last three years.It is measured with performance and we saw last place in the standings in Premier League drawing against the leaders of Premier League at leaders home and they were even leading 1-3 at a certain point,something which will not happen in La Liga,I doubt the last place in the standings in La Liga to go and score 3 goals at Barcelona home which are the leaders and this is why the Premier League is considered much more competitive as a league compared to La Liga.

In fact we are seeing a duel between these two leagues in the upcoming game of Champions League on 17th of May where Real will be challenging the leaders of the Premier League Manchester City.
