If this company is not from your geographical area I will advise not you them cause they may be a scam company but I will advise you to seek legal advice about this issue.
Report the issue to
FTC,
SEC,
Commodity Futures Trading Commission, or
the Internet Crime Complaint Center.
Please use a reputable wallet with a well-known team next time because of this type of issue. In the meantime, you can try to contact the CEO on his
social and also report the issue on
Trustpilot.
OP can ask people to help him file complaints on those links you mentioned, you never walk away from that $30 k this is an issue that will haunt Exodus until this is not resolved and this is a reference whenever we talk about Exodus's reputation in the community, I don't think Exodus can go on ignoring this complaint, Exodus should help OP to resolve the issue because its in their platform that OP losses this huge amount.
It is actually $350K not $30K and I don't think the OP really needs anyone to help him file for complaint on the website i provided and if the OP is from the US I will advise he make use of the SEC link since one of the Exodus developer team is from the US.
