I understand that realistically it doesn't seem like Roma has any chance. But I will say that Roma still has a chance to finish in the top four.
Roma will have to pray that AC Milan performs inconsistently as they are doing and Roma will also have to make sure that they also win the remaining matches as well. Is that realistic to think about? Milan still has 3 matches against Sampdoria, Juventus and Verona. they have a game against 2 teams who are in the relegation zone. it is Milan's advantage. and Roma will have to hope Milan plays badly in no match if Roma is to take advantage.
Roma will have to win the Europa League in another way if they feel chasing the top 4 in Serie A is too difficult. although the opportunity still exists, it is too difficult for Roma to get a place in the top 4 of the Serie A standings.
For me, the chance for Roma to return to the top 4 area is very unlikely. Currently Rome is ranked 6th with the acquisition of 59 points.
