I had made that post to stop of spam on this thread.It’s essential one to look of the rule before applying to the campaign.It’s the intimation to avoid of future apply with less then 10 merits.I am not a manager,I am the one who try to avoid spam post on the campaign thread.

He put his rule and sometimes in the past have selected application from below the merit requirement in his campaign.

When the rule was made,it should be follow before applying to the thread.Kindly think from the views of Hhampuz,he will get irritated by seeing those post.And I am not suggesting to blacklist them,but I had warned the applicant to avoid such things.Because the professional manager like Hhampuz will blacklist the people whom keep spam their thread repeatedly.
